Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains prohibited uses of Resell Intel. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Allowed use

Use the Service to monitor permitted public product information, evaluate informational resale signals, and post alerts to Discord servers you manage or are authorized to administer.

Prohibited use

• Scraping or accessing a source where its terms, robots.txt, rate limits, or access controls prohibit it.
• Bypassing CAPTCHAs, logins, paywalls, bot protections, purchase limits, queue systems, or other technical controls.
• Auto-buying, checkout automation, account creation automation, credential sharing, or manipulating retailer/marketplace systems.
• Fraud, deceptive resale, counterfeit goods, price manipulation, harassment, spam, malware, or unlawful activity.
• Using alerts as guaranteed financial advice or representing Resell Intel as affiliated with Discord, a retailer, marketplace, or brand.
• Attempting to access another server’s data, evade subscription limits, reverse engineer security controls, or disrupt the Service.

Source responsibility

Before enabling a live source, the operator must verify that automated access is permitted. Users must disable sources when a site objects or its rules change. We may disable sources, limit requests, or suspend accounts to protect third parties and the Service.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse, security issues, or source complaints to [operator: add a monitored abuse/legal email]. Do not include secrets or payment-card data in a report.
