Billing
Refund Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026
Because the website advertises a “30-day” promise, the operator must confirm this policy matches the Stripe checkout language and applicable consumer law before launch.
Trial
The free trial, if shown at checkout, is intended to let you test setup and alert delivery. You will not be charged until the trial terms shown by Stripe end, unless you cancel earlier.
30-day first-month promise
If the website’s qualifying-drop promise applies to your plan, you may request a refund of the first month within 30 days of the initial charge when no qualifying drop reached your configured server during that period. We may review server setup, enabled categories, mapped channels, permissions, source availability, and subscription status to determine eligibility. Incomplete setup or a paused subscription may affect eligibility.
Other requests
For billing errors, duplicate charges, or a material failure to provide the paid Service, contact the operator promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a prior period unless this policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
How to request
Use the billing portal for cancellation and contact [operator: add a monitored billing email] for a refund request. Include the server name/ID, charge date, and a short explanation. Never send your full card number.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. If local law gives you a right to withdraw, cancel, or receive a refund, that right applies to the extent required by law.
