Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the sole proprietor operating Resell Intel (“Resell Intel,” “we,” “us”). By using the website, Discord bot, control room, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company or Discord server, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

The Service

Resell Intel monitors selected public product and market information and delivers configurable informational alerts to Discord. Features, sources, availability, pricing, and trial terms may change. You are responsible for your Discord server, permissions, source selections, and how you act on any alert.

No investment or profit guarantee

Alerts, prices, margins, confidence scores, resale estimates, and market evidence are estimates and informational outputs, not financial, investment, tax, legal, purchasing, or business advice. Resale markets change quickly. We do not guarantee profit, availability, accuracy, timing, sell-through, or that any opportunity will remain available.

Accounts and Discord

You must keep your Discord account and server permissions secure and must not share access to the control room. You authorize us to use the Discord permissions and data needed to authenticate you and operate the bot. Discord’s terms and policies also apply to your use of Discord.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown by Stripe. Stripe processes payments and may apply its own terms. You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the billing portal. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law, Discord rules, marketplace rules, retailer terms, robots.txt directives, rate limits, and third-party website restrictions. You may not use the Service for unauthorized scraping, purchasing automation, CAPTCHA or access-control bypass, harassment, fraud, spam, resale of the Service, or interference with other users or sources. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Service, software, branding, documentation, and original content. You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, legal necessity, or material breach. You may stop using the Service at any time. Terms that should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions, will survive.

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resell Intel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so some may not apply to you.

Disputes and changes

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any required dispute process, venue, arbitration terms, consumer rights, and mandatory notices must be completed by the operator with legal counsel. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date.
